3. Establishing an Offshore Company
The formation of an offshore company is one of the most cost effective alternatives in the UAE because the shareholders are usually free to determine the share capital and no office rent has to be paid should the offshore company not require its own office.
Currently, offshore centres are operated under the umbrella of the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority and various authorities in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
